At Thrush International, we provide premium Dental, General, and Ophthalmic surgical instruments to clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. This Refund & Return Policy applies to orders placed through inquiries or quotations submitted via our website.

Our goal is to ensure that all clients receive high-quality products exactly as requested and that any issues are resolved efficiently.


1. Order Confirmation & Accuracy

All orders are processed based on the inquiry details submitted by the client. To avoid errors:

  • Please verify product names, quantities, and specifications before submitting an inquiry.

  • Our team will send an order confirmation after reviewing your inquiry.

We cannot accept returns for discrepancies caused by incorrect information provided by the client.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements may be considered only if:

  • The product is damaged during shipping

  • A wrong product or specification is delivered

  • There is a manufacturing defect

To qualify, items must remain unopened and unused, in their original packaging.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the medical and surgical nature of our products:

  • Custom or specially ordered instruments

  • Opened or used surgical instruments

  • Sterilized items

  • Products damaged due to misuse

These items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at sales@thrushintl.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include your inquiry/order number, and attach photos or videos of any defects or issues.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide a solution, including replacement, correction, or refund.


5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as account credit for future inquiries.

  • Shipping or courier charges are refundable only if the issue is caused by Thrush International.


6. Replacements & Corrections

  • If a product is delivered incorrectly or has defects, we will provide a replacement or correct item.

  • Thrush International covers all return shipping costs for defective or wrongly shipped products.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders based on inquiries can be canceled before order confirmation.

  • Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible, as production or shipment may have already started.
